Following her attendance at the two week retreat on ‘The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra’ at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre, Gen Kelsang Machig has kindly offered to lead a two day retreat here at Vajrayana Kadampa Buddhist Centre to share theses special instructions.

*The sessions will be guided, but please note we will go into silence at the beginning of the first session each day.

Session times: 9.30-10.30am |  11.30am-12.30pm |  2-3pm | 4-5pm

Gen Kelsang Machig is a Buddhist nun who has been inspiring the people of Glasgow for many years with her teachings and pure example, and is well-loved for her warm-heartedness and sense of fun. Gen Machig is a regular contributor on BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Thought for the Day’, and is well-known for presenting Buddha’s timeless advice with deep clarity, humour and insight.
