These classes run as a series but each class is self-contained so you can also just drop-in.
An extraordinary series of classes contemplating subjects we tend to avoid, but which open our wisdom eyes to see beyond the mundane.

Our drop in meditation classes in 2018 will follow the teachings and meditations in the book ‘How to Transform Your Life – A blissful journey’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso – a practical manual for daily life that shows:
how we can develop and maintain inner peace,
how we can reduce and stop our experience of problems,
and how we can bring about positive changes in our lives that will enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness.
