About the Course

It seems whatever our lifestyle, we will at times experience stress and anxiety. And particularly at this time of year it seems we have unending pressures to deal with. So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind and many of our daily problems are aggravated by this stress.

On this morning course we will explore how simple Buddhist meditations can enable us to reduce and finally eliminate stress. By applying this advice in our daily life we will come to enjoy a more relaxed and peaceful mind in the midst of the chaos.

The course includes guided meditations and consists of two one hour sessions with a break for refreshments.
