Freedom From Craving and Addiction

Discover the inner peace and mental freedom that comes from letting go of craving, attachment and addiction. We all experience attachment and it can easily undermine our peace of mind and happiness.

On this half day course, learn meditations and mindfulness practises that will enable us to become free of our cravings and help us break the cycle of these painful mental habits, so we can eventually experience real freedom. The workshop will include talks and guided meditations and is suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
