Learning to Meditate

On this course learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. Applying the methods taught will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose, and harmony in your relationships. This course is the perfect opportunity to learn or refresh meditation techniques and clarify any questions you may have. Meditation has many benefits such as:

  • Deep Relaxation

  • Improved health & physical well-being

  • Increased mental clarity & concentration

  • Developing a more positive approach to life

The course will consist of two one hour sessions with a break for refreshments.

Recommended reading for this course: “New Meditation Handbook” and “How to Solve Our Human Problems” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso (both available in our shop).
