Learn to Meditate

Meditation is a way of calming and focussing the mind and gives rise to deep inner peace. It is easy to do and something everyone can learn. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner stability, overcome stress and anxiety and start to truly relax.
During these half day courses discover how our mind becomes still when the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, causing a deep happiness and contentment to naturally arise from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
This course is suitable for both beginners and those wishing to improve their meditation practice
