Join us in our Lamrim Retreat for all or part of the week

Sunday 29th: Introduction to the retreat 4pm 

 Kangso 6pm

Monday 30th - Sunday 5th : Session one 8am

Session two 11am

Session three 4pm

Session four 7pm

The last session at 7pm on Sunday 5th is a Wishfulfilling Jewel puja with tsog

Sessions are free to attend, donations always welcome

 Shared  accomodation is available as are meals: Lunch £2.50 and Supper £1.50

Meals must be booked at least 1 day in advance.

Walks for World Peace

Loch Katrine 19/9/10

Bring a packed lunch and your waterproofs as well as warm clothes, create the causes for world peace and get fit. Participants donate £10 to contribute to the growth of Dharma in Scotland.  Loch Katrine involves a ferry trip which costs around £7
