About the Course

Stress and anxiety affect our hearts physically, emotionally and spiritually. Buddha’s teachings and meditations help us to heal our hearts, strengthening us in difficult times and reminding us how good it is to feel our natural flow of warmth and love.

The course includes guided meditations and consists of two one hour sessions with a break for refreshments.
