Kelsang Osung – Resident Teacher

Kelsang Osung is the Resident Teacher of Vajrayana Kadampa Buddhist Centre and has been studying under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. She is known for her kindness, warmth, and her sincere yet joyful approach.

Gen Kelsang Machig is the retired principal teacher of Vajrayana Kadampa Buddhist Centre, and teaches occasional classes and special events.  A devoted meditator with over a decade of teaching experience, Machig shares her wealth of understanding with others with great insight, warmth, and humour.  A well-loved teacher not to be missed!

George Mitchell is a retired veterinary surgeon who has been studying and practising Buddhist meditation for many years. He is known for his enthusiasm and is committed to helping people learn how to apply Buddhist philosophy and meditation to their everyday problems. George teaches the class in Prestwick and West Kilbride.

 

 

 

Lea Cramsie

Dr Lea Cramsie is a GP specialising in end of life care working with frail and elderly people in Glasgow.  She has been a practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism for many years and studies on the Special Teacher Training Programme.
